Fellowship

At Memorial Presbyterian Church, we love to spend time together. There are many opportunities for young and old alike to enjoy fellowship events. We hope that you may be interested in joining us. Every Sunday after worship, we meet for fellowship hour in the Christian Education Building. Members take turns providing refreshments, juice, and coffee. This is a chance to greet one another, welcome visitors, and offer support to one another. "Fun, Food, and Family" nights are another way we spend time together. Once a month or so, we meet on Friday night to have dinner and participate in a fun activity.

The Advent season of preparation for Christmas provides many fellowship events. The Chancel Choir's Christmas cantata is always followed by a festive dinner. Caroling at Jeanes Hospital is also a much anticipated event every year.

Fellowship events are also planned for the youth. "Kid Time" events include miniature golfing, playing bingo, and our annual Halloween party. Special craft workshops are scheduled in the spring in preparation for Easter, and in the winter in preparation for Christmas. Vacation Bible School is held during the summer, during which the youth meet for classes, games, and snacks every evening during VBS week.

As a Christian community, fellowship events are an opportunity to joyfully share God's love with others. Check our church calendar for these events and many others. We hope you will join us, because there's a place in our family for you!
